That's why we offer RideTune Protection Plus, providing a hassle-free replacement at no additional charge. If you encounter accidental damage to your RideTune headset, simply email us a photo at zuustarr@gmail.com, and we will send out a replacement free of charge.
The first replacement under RideTune Protection Plus is completely on us, ensuring your investment is protected from the unexpected. Should you require further replacements, they are available for a nominal service fee of £12.
Please note that RideTune Protection Plus needs to be purchased individually for each unit you own. This means each RideTune headset requires its own warranty plan to ensure coverage.
